Women are often put on the back burner. Not necessarily in a bad way, just we take care of everything else before we do ourselves.. in MOST cases. Sure my husband tells me I'm beautiful and yeah he helps around the house and with the kids. BUT, I still don't go get my hair done as often as I should, or ever touch my nails, or just the little things. Mostly because we run a hundred miles an hour and lets be real- who care about the hair appointment anymore by 10pm later that night. We're tired so we go to bed and proceed to the next day.
Boudoir will always have a special spot in my heart. I started boudoir when I started my photography business. I wanted to lift women up and show them they're still there. You're still beautiful as hell and you still got this.
When the ladies come in, you come in with some jammies or sweats and let my one-and-only artist complete your hair and face. We jam to music and seriously love these days because they're like our girl days!
I love that I make these women comfortable. I love that they walk out being a whole new person. Like holy shit, look at me. We see ourselves from a very few angles. Some that aren't that flattering. Like looking down at your toes. .
I love that I get to show you your body. Show you you're amazing and re-build that badass you ARE.
If you've been thinking about a session, you probably should. Not for anyone else but yourself. I think it's something all women should have done yearly to be honest!
