How this works

Step one:

Choose your date. Each package is a set up of our styled picnics, we also setup indoors at your preferred location. Choose a time and place and we’ll take care of the rest! Your picnic will be set up and perfected 15 mins before arrival. When you are finished, we come back to clean and pack everything away! *PLEASE BOOK 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE!

Step two:

Find the perfect Location. Not sure where to have your picnic? Popular location ideas are parks ,hotel rooms and even your backyard or living room! Give us a call and we’ll help you find the perfect spot! If event is outdoors keep in mind weather conditions.

Step three: Pick your package.

Check out our package and customize it! Have a unique request? Give us a call for personalized quotes. Payment options - Pay in full ( you will have 24 hours after booking time to cancel in order to receive full refund. NO refund will be issued If canceled after the 24 hours .) -Parties 10 guests or more have to pay in full in order to reserve picnic.( no refunds after 24 hours) - 50 % deposit to secure picnic. Remaining amount is due 48 hours before picked date. ( no refunds after 24 hours of booking)

Terms and conditions: Payment All payment are due prior to event. The event set up will not occur without full payment. * A travel fee will be applied for locations that are 15 miles or more from our home radius. Cancellation Notice must be provided no less than 24 hours in advance and the rescheduled date is subject to availability. There are no cancellations charges for rescheduling your picnic(1 allotted reschedule) this includes weather conditions.

Refund Policy: Queen Bee Luxury Events & More only offer full refund if payment is In full at booking and less than 24 hours of booking time! After 24 hours no refund will be issued. Option 2 allows a deposit of 50% to secure picnic after 24 hours of booking time no refund is issued. Alcohol Consumption is the responsibility of customer to check alcohol laws of venue or public space being used for Queen Bee Luxury Events & More. Most public parks are prohibited from drinking and fine will be issued. Queen Bee Luxury Events & More take no responsibilities for any alcohol consumption or penalties.

Food Consumption: We are not responsible for any food allergies or any issues or illness caused from foods that were consumed or purchased from third party vendors.

Use of Equipment: All equipment supplied on hire is the property of Queen Bee Luxury Events & More. Any damages, loss or extensive cleaning will result in a fee to the customer.

LIABILITY: Queen Bee Luxury Events & More shall in no way be held responsible or accountable for any damages, injury, illness, death or loss of income cause to the client, any third parties or properties due to the hire equipment or provided services by the hire company. All equipment is hired and is responsibility of the client until returned to the hire company.

MINI - $185

 1 hour - Boho table, rugs, Pillows, Flatware, Plates, Tablecloth, Candles Dinner napkins, centerpieces

*Additional guest (beyond two) are $25 per person

Queen Bee Luxury - $635

4 hours - Includes: 5 Tables, Pillows, Rugs, Dinner Napkins, Tablecloth, Centerpieces, Candles, Silverware, Plates, Goblets, Chargers, Charcuterie Board, Chocolates.

Standard - $250

2 hours - Charcuterie Board, Wine, Rugs, Truffles/Chocolates, Centerpieces,Tables, Pillows Tablecloth, Plates, Goblets, 

Flatware, Candles

 

*Additional Guest ( beyond three) are $35 per person

Themed Birthday Parties 

Standard $400 

Balloon Garland(100 balloons), Themed backdrop and props for drop to complete your photo wall or cake smash spot!

Party Lux $875

Ballon Garland(175 balloons), Decorations for your party theme, Themed backdrop with props to complete your photo wall or cake smash spot! Tableclothes, Plates, Flatware, Goblets, Napkins and Centerpieces for up to 50 people! 

Deluxe - $525

3 hours - Charcuterie Board,  Sparkling Soda, Chocolates/Truffles, 

Centerpieces, Rugs, Tables, Pillows, Tablecloth, Plates, Goblets, Flatware, Dinner Napkins, Candles
